Contact Capital L.P. and Hotel Owners’ Syndicate.
Ship Island Investments Ltd., a holding company,
is the principal shareholder in Contact G.P. It is also controlling
shareholder in each of our shell companies available for merger.
Contact G.P. Inc. guides small and mid-sized private
firms to public trading on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board or
NASDAQ SmallCap Market. Capital is not necessarily raised simultaneously.
Companies that are not yet market-eligible can take advantage of
our expertise in public markets.
Contact G.P. works with stock brokers, market
makers, investor relations firms, analysts, accredited investors
and stock marketing companies such as Corporate Road Show.com. We
take your company through the SEC filing process and assist in promoting
the secondary market.
